Join us for an awesome upcoming event! Award winning poetry and hip hop artist, Guante, will be instructing a writers workshop and performing at The Shop, Saturday, April 30th. This is a great opportunity for youth to develop and share their voices. Guante is a gifted and inspirational slam poet/hip-hop artist who’s worked in schools, functioned as a youth advocate, and says powerful things about social justice, power, and art as a medium for promoting change. Local talent Spike Jones will also performing. This is something you don't want to miss!
